摘要
某电厂330MW机组锅炉存在NOx排放量高,无法满足排放要求等问题,对此,采用双尺度低NOx燃烧技术对锅炉燃烧器进行了改造。改造后,锅炉在燃用现有煤种、机组负荷165~330MW、保证锅炉效率的前提下,NOx排放量可以稳定控制在200mg/m3以内,CO排放浓度在100μL/L以内。针对改造后出现的再热汽温波动大、汽温低等问题,通过治理炉底漏风以及优化燃烧配风得以解决。
The high NOx emission from a 330 MW unit boiler can not satisfy the emission requirement.Thus,on the basis of low NOx combustion technology,modification on the boiler burner was conducted.After the improvement,with the unit load ranging from 165 MW to 330 MW,the NOx and CO emission can be controlled within 200 mg/m3 and 100 μL/L,respectively,on the premise of using present coal as the fuel and the boiler efficiency was ensured.By treatment of the furnace bottom air leakage and optimization of the combustion air distribution,problems occurred after the retrofitting such as large temperature fluctuation and low temperature of the reheat steam were solved.
