摘要
利用磁粉探伤,结合超声波探头与焊接接头中心线斜平行方向扫查,对某亚临界电站锅炉高温压力管道进行检验,发现其末级过热器入口集箱连接管道对接焊缝发生横向开裂。通过对该焊缝进行硬度测试、复膜金相检验和光谱分析,发现焊缝金属中含杂质Ti是其失效的主要原因。提出了缺陷的补焊处理工艺,并对工艺结果进行了无损探伤和理化检验验证。
Transverse cracks were found in the butt weld of the connecting tube of final super-heater inlet header in a sub-critical boiler in a fossil power plant by magnetic particle inspection and ultrasonic inspection scanning obliquely along the weld center line.Hardness test,metallurgic examination and spectral analysis in the crack-found weld show that impurity of Ti in the weld metal is the main cause of the failure.Repairing welding procedures to the defect were proposed.The procedure is verified by non-destructive test and physical & chemical examination.
