探讨以菌斑控制为导向治疗牙周病的思考 被引量:2

摘要 牙周病是一种常见的口腔炎症疾病,严重危害人类牙齿和全身健康。牙菌斑是基质包裹的黏附于牙面、牙间或修复体表面的软而未矿化的细菌性群体。现已证实,牙菌斑是引起牙周病的主要因素,故控制菌斑成为治疗牙周病的主要核心策略。基于口腔全科治疗中牙周组织健康维护的优先诊疗理念,本文介绍以菌斑控制为导向的牙周治疗(guided biofilm therapy,GBT)方法,从GBT的历史、原理、标准化操作流程、优缺点以及研究方向进行综述,以期为GBT在临床中的应用提供建议及参考。 Periodontitis is a common oral disease,which seriously endangers human teeth and general health.The dental plaque is a soft,nonmineralized bacterial population coated with a matrix that adheres to the surface of the tooth or prosthesis.It has been recognized that plaque is the main factor causing periodontal disease.Therefore,the control of dental plaque has become the main core strategy in the treatment of periodontitis.Based on the guiding thought of periodontal health maintenance in general oral therapy,this paper introduces the guided biofilm therapy(GBT)based on plaque control,and reviews the history,principles,standardized operation procedures,advantages and disadvantages of the concept of GBT,in order to provide suggestions and references for the clinical application of GBT.
