摘要
为了研究几种新型再生纤维素纤维的摩擦性能,探讨纤维的可纺性,利用Y151型纤维摩擦因数仪测试了Tencel、Viloft、Modal、竹纤维与不同材料的动摩擦因数和静摩擦因数,分析了新型再生纤维素纤维形态对摩擦的影响情况以及纤维摩擦性质与可纺性的关系。结果表明:圆形截面纤维的摩擦因数较异形截面纤维大;竹纤维的静摩擦因数最小,Tencel纤维的静摩擦因数较大,Viloft纤维的动摩擦因数最小,Modal纤维的动、静摩擦因数最大;竹纤维的静动摩擦因数之差最小;竹纤维平滑性好,对牵伸有利,Tencel、Modal纤维平滑性差,摩擦因数大,纺纱中开松困难,易产生静电,缠绕机件。
To research friction property of several new type regenerated cellulose fibers and discuss their spinnability, dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient between Tencel, Modal, bamboo fiber and different materials were tested by Y151 fiber friction coefficient tester, Influence of new type generated cellulose fiber form on friction and relation between fiber friction property and spinnability were analyzed. The result shows that ring shape cross section fiber has bigger firction coefficient than that of profiled cross section fiber. Static friction coefficient of bamboo fiber is the smallest, and it of Tencel fiber is bigger. Dynamic friction coefficient of Viloft fiber is the smallest, and dynamic coefficient and static coefficient of Modal fiber is the biggest, and different between dynamic cofficient and static coflicient of bamboo fiber is the smallest. Bamboo fiber has better gliding property, it is better for draft. Tencel fiber and Modal fiber have worse gliding property, bigger friction coefficient, so opening is difficult in spinning, static and winding are easy to generate.
