摘要
研究皮芯型甲壳素粘胶纤维的基本性能。测试了其拉伸性、卷曲弹性、形态结构及摩擦性能,并与纯甲壳素纤维、普通粘胶纤维和Modal纤维进行了对比。结果表明:在常温干态下,皮芯型甲壳素粘胶纤维的断裂强度大于纯甲壳素纤维,小于普通粘胶纤维和Modal纤维;断裂伸长率大于纯甲壳素纤维、普通粘胶纤维和Modal纤维。湿态下皮芯型甲壳素粘胶纤维的力学性能变化较普通粘胶纤维的小,其卷曲弹性比普通粘胶纤维差;动摩擦因数和静摩擦因数均大于普通粘胶纤维。
Basic performance of core-sheath chitin viscose fibre were studied. Tensile, crimp elasticity, morphological structure and friction property of the fibre were tested and contrasted with pure chitin fibre, normal viscose fibre and Modal fibre. The result shows that in normal temperature dry state breaking tenacity of core-sheath chitin viscose is higher than that of pure chitin fibre and lower than that of normal viscose fibre and Modal fibre. The breaking elongation rate is higher than that of pure chitin fibre, normal viscose and Modal fibre. In hygrometric state, mechanics change of coresheath chitin viscose fibre is less than that of normal viscose, crimp elasticity is worse than that of normal viscose fibre. Both the dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient are larger than that of normal viscose fibre.
