摘要 叙述了纤维可纺性的含义和重要性。分析了化纤的比电阻、卷曲性能、摩擦抱合性能、长度和细度与可纺性的关系,以及棉纺工艺、设备对可纺性的影响;阐述了影响化纤可纺性的两个主要性能比电阻和卷曲性能及其改善的途径;提出改善化纤的可纺性要从纤维制造着手,并在纺纱工艺、设备上采取相匹配的措施。 The meaning and importance of fiber's spinnability are described in this paper. And the relationship between the specific resistance, crimp, friction cohesion, length and fineness of chemical fiber and its spinnability, the influence of cotton spinning technology and equipment on its spinnability of chemical fiber and the two main effective factors of specific resistance and crimp on its spinnability of chemical fiber are also analyzed. Measures to improve its spinnability of chemical fiber should be adopted by means of well matching its fiber, fiber spinning technology and spinning equipment.
