摘要
目的 探究外周静脉留置针患者采用标准化操作流程对静脉炎发生率的影响,以此制订静脉留置针的操作方案。方法 随机抽取本院76例外周静脉留置针患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(在常规护理的基础上进行规范化操作培训,制定相应的改进措施)与对照组(使用常规护理)。对比分析两组静脉炎发生情况、跑针次数。结果 经护理,研究组与对照组发生静脉炎的概率分别为2.63%与21.05%,研究组患者静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05;研究组与对照组患者出现跑针次数分别为(3.15±1.12)次、(7.12±1.24)次,研究组跑针次数明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结论 采取标准化操作流程,对降低外周静脉留置针患者静脉炎发生率效果明显,患者跑针发生率显著降低,标准化操作流程的应用对外周静脉留置针患者静脉炎发生率有良好的改善效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of standardized operation procedures on the incidence of phlebitis in patients with peripheral venous indwelling needles, and to formulate the operation scheme of intravenous indwelling needles. Methods Seventy-six patients with peripheral venous indwelling needles were randomly selected from our hospital, and were divided into study group(based on routine nursing, standardized operation training and corresponding improvement measures) and control group(based on routine nursing) by ball method. The incidence of phlebitis and the number of running needles in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, the probability of phlebitis in the study group and the control group were 2.63% and 21.05%, the incidence of phlebitis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05. The number of needle running in the study group and the control group was(3.15±1.12) and(7.12±1.24), respectively. The number of running needles in the study group was lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The standardized operation procedure can significantly reduce the incidence of phlebitis in patients with peripheral venous indwelling needles, and significantly reduce the incidence of running needles.The standardized operation procedure can significantly improve the incidence of phlebitis in patients with peripheral venous indwelling needles.
