摘要
在新农科建设背景下,广东海洋大学水产学科紧紧围绕乡村振兴和现代渔业发展战略,积极探索高素质复合型水产专业研究生培养模式。通过修订培养方案明确培养目标;加强导师队伍建设,提高指导能力;构建多元复合课程体系,培养创新能力;强化产学研结合,提升专业综合素质;开展学术交流,启发创新思维等五个方面的具体举措,探索高素质复合型水产专业研究生培养的新模式。该模式将新农科人才需要掌握的多项能力融入人才培养过程,在一定程度上可以提升研究生的专业归属感,并培养其创新能力,以满足现代水产业对高层次人才的需求,为南海地区乡村振兴战略提供必要的人力保障。
Under the background of the construction of“new agricultural science”,the fisheries discipline of Guangdong Ocean University has actively explored the training mode of high-quality composite aquatic professional postgraduates focusing on the strategy of rural revitalization and modern fishery development.Based on the analysis of the demand of the construction of“new agricultural science”for talents in fishery discipline,five approaches are put forward:to clarify the training objectives by revising the training plan;to strengthen the construction of tutor team and improve their guidance ability;to build a multi-dimensional and complex curriculum system and cultivate students’innovative ability;to strengthen the combination of industry,education and research and improve the comprehensive quality of the specialty;to carry out academic exchanges and inspire students’innovative thinking.This model integrates many abilities that new agricultural talents need to master into the talent training process,which can improve the sense of professional belonging and cultivate the innovation ability of postgraduates to a certain extent,so as to meet the demand of modern aquaculture for high-level talents and provide the talent guarantee for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the South China Sea area.
