摘要
研究生教育是中国高等教育人才培养的顶层,其培养质量是推动高校学科发展的重要动力。随着近些年研究生规模的不断扩张以及水产行业的变化,传统的研究生培养模式已不适应社会的发展,以致影响其核心竞争力和就业质量。分析了现阶段我国研究生培养模式中存在的主要问题及原因,探索改革水产专业研究生培养模式,并在此基础上提出水产专业研究生培养质量和就业能力的提升对策。
Being on the top in the talent training system in Chinese higher education,postgraduate education serves as an important impetus to the development of university discipline.The traditional postgraduate training model has been outdated because of the expansion of postgraduate scale and the change of aquatic industry in recent years,which affects the core competitiveness and employment quality among postgraduate students.We analyzed the main problems and their causes in the current postgraduate training model in China,aiming to explore the reform of the training mode of aquatic postgraduates,and to put forward the countermeasures to improve the cultivation quality and employability.
