摘要
研究生导师团队改变了传统的导师负责制下的单一传承关系,有利于提升导师的学术水平,提高研究生的培养质量。因此,要有效地发挥导师团队的作用,需要明确导师团队的职责,并通过倡导学术自由、健全管理制度、加强学术合作、展现学术宽容等有效措施使之落到实处。
Postgraduate tutor team changes traditional and single inheritance relation under the system of the tutor＇s responsibility, which is helpful to promoting postgraduate quality and tutors＇ academic level. To play a big role in tutor team, it need to border tutor team duty, propose academic freedom, perfect management system, strengthen academic cooperation, and emerge academic toleration.
