摘要
人工智能技术快速发展并使新闻业产生了广泛而深刻的变革。作为人工智能技术的一种,社交机器人重构了当今的互联网生态。如今,社交机器人已被广泛应用于新闻生产、审核、分发等多个环节。社交机器人的应用一方面提高了新闻采编效率、拓宽了新闻报道范围,但是另一方面也导致了技术作恶、破坏互联网生态、加剧社会撕裂等问题。在这种现状下,更应该摒弃“利与弊”“是与非”的二元对立式思维,从更为全面、立体的角度看待社交机器人应用后的社会影响。伦理学为重新认识社交机器人提供了理论资源,以技术哲学对抗技术,区分人和非人、价值理性和工具理性等价值尺度,为重思社交机器人的技术想象力赋予了新的可能。
In the post-human era,Artificial Intelligence technologies are rapidly evolving and causing widespread and profound changes in journalism. As a type of AI technology,Social Bots have reshaped today’s Internet ecosystem. Nowadays,Social Bots are widely used in news production,review and distribution. On the one hand,the use of Social Bots has improved news gathering efficiency and broadened the scope of news reporting,but on the other hand,it has also led to the problem of technology being evil,destroying the Internet ecology and intensifying social divide. In this situation,we should abandon the dichotomous thinking of "pros and cons" and "right and wrong" and take a more comprehensive and three-dimensional view of the social impact of Social Bots. Ethics provides the theoretical resources for reconceptualizing Social Bots. By confronting technology with a philosophy of technology and distinguishing between human and nonhuman,value rationality and instrumental rationality,it gives new possibilities for rethinking the technological imagination of Social Bots in the current post-human society.
