摘要
人工智能技术为解决老龄化问题提供了新的途径和有力支撑。然而,也带来了潜在的风险、伦理和法律问题。智能养老护理机器人的快速发展源于老龄化问题日益严重的社会现实、信息技术与智能化的迅猛发展以及人与机器主体关系的理性反思。从谁之解放:人的解放还是人的依赖,谁之责任:人的责任还是机器的责任和谁之伦理:机器的伦理还是人的伦理三个纬度对智能养老护理机器人进行伦理审视,提出通过社会政策与伦理规划同步、人之尊严与社会公平同在、道德建设与亲情关怀同行铸牢共同体意识,促进人的健康发展与社会的和谐进步。
Artificial intelligence technology provides a new approach and strong support to solve the problem of aging.However,it also brings potential risks,ethical and legal issues.The rapid development of intelligent caring robots in servicing elderly people originates from the reality of the increasingly serious aging problem,the rapid development of information technology and intelligence,and the rational reflection on the relationship between human and machine.This article makes an ethical reflection on the intelligent caring robot from three dimensions:whose liberation:human liberation or human dependence,whose responsibility:human responsibility or machine responsibility,and whose ethics:machine ethics or human ethics,and proposes to strengthen the community consciousness through the synchronization of social policy and ethical planning,the coexistence of human dignity and social equity,moral construction and family care,so as to promote the healthy development of human beings and the harmonious progress of society.
