摘要
本文根据"开放伦理"理念,结合演绎法和决疑法的伦理推理逻辑,建构了智能技术伦理理论框架及智能技术伦理争议分析路径;利用内容分析法对2020年信息传播和社会治理领域中智能技术相关的十大舆情事件/话题的热门微博进行分析,通过对"微博用户关切的智能技术伦理维度有哪些、存在何种偏向"以及"智能技术伦理理论框架和微博用户关切的智能技术伦理维度及内容存在怎样的差距"三个问题的回答,本文发现:在与人工智能有关的不同舆情事件/话题中,微博用户关切的智能技术伦理维度及偏向存在差异,"安全"和"责任"被关切的频次最高,"公平"受关注频次次之,再次是"人类尊严""人类自主""透明"和"可持续发展",最后是"个人信息保护","真实"理念并未受到关切;应然层面的伦理维度及相应内涵在舆情讨论中并不能总是被微博用户完整地关注到,而实然层面微博用户关切的智能技术伦理内容及偏向,确实可以为建构符合多元意志的智能技术"开放伦理"提供现实可能。
Based on"open ethics" and the ethical reasoning logic of deductive approaches and casuistry,this paper constructed the theoretical framework of intelligent technology ethics and the analytical path of ethical disputes of intelligent technology.Afterwards,we used content analysis method to analyze the popular microblog content of top ten public opinion events/topics in the field of information dissemination and social governance in 2020 and answered the following three research questions,"what are the ethical dimensions and preferences of intelligent technology that microblog users are concerned about","what is the gap between the ethical framework of intelligent technology and the ethical dimension and content of intelligent technology that microblog users are concerned about".We found that microblog users concermed about different ethical dimensions of intelligent technology and the corresponding attention preferences are different in different public opinion events/topics related to artificial intelligence."Safety" and "responsibility" appear most frequently in cases,followed by" fairness",followed by "human dignity","human autonomy""transparency" and"sustainable development".In the end,a few cases concerns personal inforuation protection" and there are no cases concerns" authenticity".Ethical dimensions and corresponding connotations cannot always be fully followed by microblog users in various public opinion events/topics.However,the content and preferences of intelligent technology ethics concerned by microblog users can indeed provide a realistic possibility for the construction of "open ethics" of intelligent technology with multiple wills.
