摘要
提升高职院校教师职业能力、构建高职卓越教师职业能力标准是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要环节。“四强四能”的高职院校卓越教师职业能力标准,从强师德、强教学、强科研、强服务(“四强”)的维度,以产教融合为抓手着力提升教师课程思政育人能力、教学设计实施能力、科技攻关创新能力、产业发展服务能力(“四能”)。该标准不失为一个科学、规范的师资培养方案,能有效解决高职教师职业能力与培育高职卓越人才之间还存在较大差距的现实问题,能指导从事高等职业教育的教师做好职业生涯进阶规划,为职业院校教师专业化发展提供一种有效的参考范式。
It is an important link to promote the high-quality development of vocational education to improve the professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges and build the standard of outstanding teachers’professional ability.The“Four Strong Four Ability”standard of outstanding teachers’professional competence in higher vocational colleges,from the perspectives of strengthening teacher ethics,teaching,scientific research,and service(“four strong”),and focusing on the integration of production and education to improve teacher courses Ideological and political education ability,teaching design and implementation ability,scientific and technological innovation ability,industrial development service ability(“four abilities”).This standard can be regarded as a scientific and standardized teacher training plan,which can effectively solve the practical problem that there is still a large gap between the professional ability of higher vocational teachers and the cultivation of outstanding talents in higher vocational education,and can guide teachers engaged in higher vocational education to do a good job in career advancement.It provides an effective reference paradigm for the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.
