摘要
高职院校培养的学生是面向企业生产一线,具备高端技术技能型人才,要求技能过硬,综合素质高。本专业经过大量的企业调研和毕业生回访,发现企业更欢迎职业素养高的学生,如果能将技能和素养培养有机融合起来,将是企业最受欢迎的人才。而职业素养养成需要长期培养,本文结合典型精细化学品小试技术课程,探索了如何将职业素养融入平时教学的课程改革思路,最后对职业素养的考核和教师自身的职业素养问题提出了建议。
The students from higher vocational college are oriented to the production line, with high-end technical talents, and need excellent skills, high comprehensive quality. It was found that the enterprises welcome the students with better occupation literacy especially. If the high college can integrate skills and literacy training, this type of student is the most popular business person. While the occupation literacy accomplishment needs long-term training, combined with the typical fine chemicals pilot test technology, the idea of curriculum reform about how to integrate the occupation literacy content into teaching was explored. Finally, suggestions were put forward on occupation literacy assessment and the questions about the teachers＇ occupation accomplishment.
