摘要
姜黄素通过抑制烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶(NOX)途径,以及调控Kelch样环氧氯丙烷相关蛋白1(Keap1)-介导核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)/抗氧化反应元件(ARE)通路,增加抗氧化酶基因表达,促进自由基清除,降低活性氧,提高动物抗氧化功能。因此,本文重点阐述姜黄素在动物中的抗氧化作用机制及其应用,旨在为改善畜禽健康水平、提高动物生产性能提供理论依据。
Curcumin can increase the expression of antioxidant enzyme genes, promote free radical scavenging, reduce reactive oxygen species and improve animal antioxidant function by inhibiting nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase(NOX) pathway and regulating kelch like epichlorohydrin related protein 1(Keap1)-NF-E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/antioxidant response element(ARE) pathway. Therefore, this article focuses on the antioxidant mechanism and application of curcumin in animals, in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health level of livestock and poultry, and increasing the performance of animal production.
