摘要
目的:探究姜黄提取物对小鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法:通过CCl4诱导建立肝纤维化小鼠模型,经过姜黄提取物和姜黄素给药干预后,测定并比较每组小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平和肝脏中TC、TG、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的水平。结果:与模型组相比,经姜黄提取物给药干预后,小鼠血清中ALT(P<0.01)、AST(P<0.05)、TNF-α(P<0.05)、IL-6(P<0.05)有显著差异,而TG及TC无显著差异;经姜黄素给药干预后,血清中ALT(P<0.01)、AST(P<0.01)、TG(P<0.05)、TNF-α(P<0.05)、IL-6(P<0.05)有显著差异,而TC无显著差异。与模型组相比,姜黄提取物及姜黄素给药的小鼠肝脏组织中的TG、TC、SOD、MDA和GSH-Px均无显著差异。与姜黄素给药组相比,经姜黄提取物给药干预后,小鼠血清及肝脏中的各项生化指标均无显著差异。病理切片分析观察结果表明,与模型组相比,姜黄提取物给药组及姜黄素给药组小鼠的胶原纤维沉积显著减少,2组间无显著差异。结论:姜黄素提取物对CCl4诱导的小鼠肝纤维化有一定的改善作用,且与姜黄素的效果相当。
Objective: To explore the effects of turmeric extract on liver fibrosis in mice. Methods: Mouse mod- els of liver fibrosis were madeby CC14 induction, and then they were administrated with turmeric extract and curcumin to detect and compare the level of ALT, AST, TG, TC, TNF-α, IL-6, TC in serum and TC, TG, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px in liver. Results: Compared with the liver fibrosis model group, ALT(P〈0.01), AST(P〈0.01), TNF-α(P〈0.05), IL-6(P〈0.05) in serum with administration of turmeric extract have significant differences, but there was no significant difference between TG and TC; ALT(P〈0.01), AST(P〈0.05), TG(P〈0.05), TNF-α(P〈 0.05), IL-6(P〈0.05) in serum with administration of curcumin have significant differences, but TC has no significant difference. Compared with the liver fibrosis model group, there was no significant difference in the TG, TC, SOD, MDA and GSH-Px in the liver tissues of the mice with administration of turmeric extract and curcmnin. Compared with the curcumin administration group, the biochemical indexes in serum and liver with administration of turmeric extract have no significant difference. The liver tissue histopathological section analysis showed that, compared with the model group, the deposition of collagen fibers in the turmeric extract administration group and the curcumin administration group was significantly reduced, and there was no significant difference between thetwo groups. Conclusion: The results show that turmeric extract has a certain improvement effect on liver fibrosis induced by CCL in nfice, and it effect is equivalent to curcunfin.
