摘要
目的 :研究姜黄素在体外对原代白血病细胞的抑制作用。方法 :MTT法 ,台盼蓝拒染法。结果 :姜黄素对临床白血病患者原代白血病细胞初发组抑制率显著大于复发组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To investigate the effects of curcumin on human acute myelocytic leukemia cells in vitro. Method: MTT.Results: The inhibition effect of curcumin on clinical patients' samples is different, the leukemia cells of original team are more sensitive than those of relapse team (P<0 05). Conclusion: Curcumin can inhibit the proliferation of primary culture of human leukemic cells.
