摘要
目的研究蟾蜍灵对人多发性骨髓瘤细胞U266的作用。方法台盼蓝拒染法观察蟾蜍灵对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 12.5～100nmol/L蟾蜍灵处理U266细胞12～72 h后,蟾蜍灵以时间、剂量依赖方式抑制U266细胞增殖。12.5～100nmol/L/L蟾蜍灵于24h开始明显抑制U266细胞生长(P<0.05)。结论蟾蜍灵以时间、剂量依赖方式抑制U266细胞生长。
【Objective】 To investigate the effects of bufalin on inhibiting proliferation in human myeloma cell line U266.【Methods】 The proliferation of U266 cells were determined by trypan blue dye exclusion.【Results】 Cell viability was significantly decreased by treatment with 12.5nmol/L bufalin for 24 h（P 0.01）.The inhibition of bufalin on U266 expressed does-and time-dependent manner.【Conclusion】 Bufalin could significantly suppress the growth of U266 cells in a does-and time-dependent manner.
