摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展与工业化进程的加快,重金属污染问题日益严重,在现代食品检测中,重金属检测技术逐渐得到重视。为实现食品中重金属污染情况的科学检测,本文概述了食品中重金属含量过高的危害性和食品中重金属污染的主要来源,分析了食品检测中重金属检测技术的应用及发展方向。
With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of industrialization process,the problem of heavy metal pollution has become increasingly serious.In modern food detection,heavy metal detection technology has gradually received attention.In order to realize the scientific detection of heavy metal pollution in food,this paper summarizes the harmfulness of excessive heavy metal content in food and the main sources of heavy metal pollution in food,and analyzes the application and development direction of heavy metal detection technology in food detection.
