摘要
食品安全一直备受社会关注,保障食品质量和安全是维护人们健康的重要内容。其中,加强食品安全检测是保障食品质量和安全的重要手段。但是,在实际的食品安全检测中,仍存在一些问题。本文介绍了我国食品安全检测现状,对目前食品安全检测领域存在的突出问题进行分析,并针对这些问题提出相应的对策,为进一步提高食品安全检测能力提供助力。
Food safety has always been a concern of society,and ensuring food quality and safety is an important aspect of maintaining people’s health.Among them,strengthening food safety testing is an important means to ensure food quality and safety.However,there are still some problems in actual food safety testing.This article introduces the current situation of food safety testing in China,analyzes the prominent problems in the field of food safety testing,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to address these problems,providing assistance for further improving food safety testing capabilities.
