摘要
目的:考察志愿服务参与、自我效能感、自我认同和主观幸福感之间的关系。方法:使用志愿服务参与量表、自我效能感问卷、自我认同量表、大学生主观幸福感指数量表对1219名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)志愿服务参与正向预测大学生主观幸福感;(2)自我效能感在志愿服务参与和大学生主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。(3)自我认同在志愿服务参与和大学生主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。(4)自我效能感和自我认同在志愿服务参与和大学生主观幸福感之间起链式中介作用。结论:志愿服务参与不仅直接影响大学生主观幸福感,还可以通过自我效能感和自我认同影响大学生主观幸福感。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between volunteer service participation,self-efficacy,self-identi⁃ty and subjective well-being of college students.Methods:A total of 1270 college students were tested using the volunteer service participation questionnaire,self-efficacy scale,self-identity questionnaire,and subjective well-being question⁃naire.Results:(1)Volunteer service participation had a significant positively predictive effect on subjective well-being of college students;(2)Self-efficacy played a mediating role between volunteer service participation and college students’subjective well-being;(3)Self-identity played a mediating role between volunteer service participation and college stu⁃dents’subjective well-being;(4)Self-efficacy and self-identity played a chained mediating role between volunteer service participation and college students’subjective well-being.Conclusion:Volunteer service participation not only directly af⁃fects the subjective well-being of college students,but also affects their subjective well-being through self-efficacy and self-identity.
