摘要
近年来,随着人民生活水平的不断提高,医疗卫生技术的不断发展,人民群众对就医体验提出了更高的要求,连云港市第二人民医院在传统医疗管理系统中采用志愿者、医务社工进行联动服务,通过实践研究,证实了医务社工与志愿者服务对群众就医体验满意度的影响。医院内部纳入医务社工与志愿者进行管理服务,显著提升了群众就医体验,提高了满意度,为优化诊疗服务环境、打造和谐医患关系起到了重要作用。
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the continuous development of medical and health technology,people have put forward higher requirements for medical experience.The Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang City adopts volunteers and medical social workers to conduct linkage services in the traditional medical management system.Through practical research,it has been confirmed that the impact of medical social workers and volunteer services on the satisfaction of medical experience of people.The hospital includes medical social workers and volunteers for management services,which significantly improves the public's medical experience and satisfaction,and plays an important role in optimizing the diagnosis and treatment service environment and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
