摘要
习语是语言的精华所在,在习语当中包含着非常的文化资源,而英语以及汉语由于生存环境不同、社会习俗不同、宗教信仰不同、饮食习惯不同、价值观念不同、历史神话不同等方面存在不同之处进而导致产生英汉习语的文化差异。基于此,该文将针对英汉习语的文化差异进行分析,并在此基础上探究英汉习语的翻译策略,其中包括直译翻译法、意译翻译法、倒译翻译法、增词加注翻译法、形象替换翻译法,意在为学生更好地进行知识的学习奠定良好基础。
Idioms are the essence of language.Idioms contain very rich cultural resources,while English and Chinese are different in terms of living environment,social customs,religious beliefs,eating habits,values,and historical myths,and so on,resulting in cultural differences between English and Chinese idioms.Based on this,this article will analyze the cultural differences between English and Chinese idioms,and on this basis,explore the translation strategies of English and Chinese idioms,including:literal translation method;free translation method;reverse translation method;addition and annotation translation method;image replacement translation method,in order to lay a good foundation for students to better learn knowledge.
