溪黄草多酚提取工艺研究

摘要 溪黄草多酚的最优提取工艺,选用溪黄草粉末为原料,利用乙醇作为提取溶剂,同时用超声波进行辅助。实验考察了溶剂的体积分数、料液比、提取温度以及超声时间四个因素,进行单因素试验,研究其对溪黄草多酚提取率的影响。为了进一步优化多酚的提取工艺,基于单因素试验的结果设计了四因素四水平正交试验。得出溪黄草多酚的最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数为75%,超声辅助提取时间为30min,料液比为1:50,提取的温度为35℃。 The optimal extraction process of polyphenols from Xihuangcao is to use Xihuangcao powder as raw material,ethanol as extraction solvent,and ultrasound as assistant.The single factor experiment was conducted to study the effect of solvent volume fraction,material liquid ratio,extraction temperature and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of polyphenols from Xihuangcao.In order to further optimize the extraction process of polyphenols,a four factor four level orthogonal test was designed based on the results of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal ex-traction process of polyphenols from Xihuangcao was as follows:the volume fraction of ethanol was 75%,the ultrasonic assisted extraction time was 30 min,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:50,and the extraction temperature was 35℃.
