毕节市刺梨多酚提取工艺优化及其含量分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]研究毕节市刺梨果肉多酚提取工艺及其抗氧化活性。[方法]分别采用单酶提取法和乙醇提取法提取多酚,并通过正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。测定了毕节市不同地区野生和贵农品种刺梨的多酚含量及出汁率,分析了不同地区与品种间多酚含量与出汁率的差异。[结果]单酶提取法的最优提取工艺为料液比1∶50,提取温度30℃,提取时间80 min;乙醇提取法的最优提取工艺为料液比1∶60,提取温度40℃,提取时间50 min。毕节市38个地区的多酚含量在9.57%~44.42%;黔西县、金海湖新区和大方县的贵农5号多酚含量均高于野生品种,金沙县、赫章县和纳雍县的野生品种多酚含量均高于贵农品种。毕节市38个地区刺梨出汁率在35.30%~83.00%;其中金沙县、黔西县和纳雍县的野生品种出汁率均低于贵农5号。[结论]该研究结果可为毕节市刺梨多酚的提取工艺、区域种植与品质挑选等相关工作提供参考。 [Objective]To study the extraction technology and antioxidant activity of polyphenols from Rosa roxburghii Tratt pulp in Bijie City.[Method]Single enzyme extraction method and ethanol extraction method were used to extract polyphenols,and the optimal extraction process was determined by orthogonal test.The content of polyphenols and juice yield of Rosa roxburghii Tratt from wild and guinong varieties in different areas of Bijie City were determined,and the differences of polyphenols content and juice yield among different regions and varieties were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the optimal extraction process of single enzyme extraction method was as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶50(g/mL),the extraction temperature was 30℃,and the extraction time was 80 min;the optimal extraction process of ethanol extraction method was as follows the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶60(g/mL),the extraction temperature was 40℃,and the extraction time was 50 min.The polyphenol content in 38 areas of Bijie City ranged from 9.57%-44.42%.The polyphenol content of Guinong 5 in Qianxi County,Jinhaihu New Area and Dafang County was higher than that of wild varieties,and the polyphenol content of wild varieties in Jinsha County,Hezhang County and Nayong County was higher than that of Guinong varieties.In addition,the juice yield of roxburgh rose in 38 areas of Bijie ranged from 35.30%-83.00%;the juice yield of wild varieties in Jinsha County,Qianxi County and Nayong County was lower than Guinong 5.[Conclusion]The results can provide reference for the extraction process,regional planting and quality selection of roxburgh bijie polyphenols.
