摘要
结合毕节金海湖新区第二小学旋挖钻桩基施工工程,详细地介绍了旋挖钻桩基施工的施工工艺,包括工艺原理、流程和桩端进入持力层的保证措施,分析了钻孔施工中的常见问题,如塌孔,桩基(钢筋笼)偏位,掘进过程出现卡钻、埋钻等情况,遇溶洞等,并提出防治措施。
Combined with Bijie Jinhaihu New District No.2 Primary School rotary drilling pile foundation construction project,this paper introduces in detail the construction technology of rotary digging and drilling pile foundation construction,including process principle,process flow and guarantee measures for pile end to enter bearing layer,analyzes the common problems in drilling construction,such as hole collapse,deflection of pile foundation(reinforcement cage),stuck drill,buried drill and karst cave in the process of driving,and puts forward the prevention measures.
