女子院校公费师范生职业认同与学习投入的关系:成就动机的中介作用 被引量:2

The Relationship between Students’ Occupational Identity and Learning Engagement in Public Funded Women’s Normal Universities:The Mediating Role of Achievement Motivation

摘要 学习投入是公费师范生学业成功重要的预测变量,是衡量其培养效果的一个重要指标。通过对某女子院校486名公费师范生的职业认同、学习投入、成就动机三者的关系的调查,来探究公费师范生的成就动机在职业认同与学习投入之间的中介作用的研究结果表明:公费师范生职业认同和学习投入处于中等偏上水平。公费师范生职业认同能够显著正向预测其学习投入;渴望成功对公费师范生学习投入有显著正向影响,害怕失败对公费师范生学习投入有显著负向影响;渴望成功在公费师范生职业认同与学习投入之间起部分中介作用;害怕失败的中介效应不显著。所以,提高公费师范生的职业认同水平、加强公费师范生在学业上取得成功的决心,有助于促进公费师范生的学业成就和专业素养的提高。 Learning engagement is an important predictor of the academic success of public funded normal students and an important indicator to measure their training effect.This study investigated the relationship among occupational identity,learning engagement and achievement motivation of 486 public funded normal students in a women’s university,in order to explore the intermediary role of achievement motivation of public funded normal students between occupational identity and learning engagement.The results show that the occupational identity and learning engagement of the students in the public funded normal schools are above the middle level.The occupational identity of the public funded normal college students can significantly and positively predict their learning engagement.The desire for success has a significant positive impact on the learning engagement of public funded normal students,and the fear of failure has a significant negative impact on the learning investment of public funded normal students.The desire for success plays a mediating role between the occupational identity and learning engagement among them.The mediating effect of fear of failure is not significant.Therefore,improving the professional identity level of public funded normal students and strengthening their determination to achieve academic success will help to promote the academic achievement and professional quality of public funded normal students.
