摘要
为探究初生α相含量及晶粒尺寸对TC4材料力学性能的影响,用Image J软件计算了不同热处理制度下的初生α相含量及晶粒尺寸,验证了抗拉强度、剪切强度、伸长率、断面收缩率和维氏硬度等力学性能,并对拉伸断口进行了微观断口分析。结果表明:初生α相含量及晶粒尺寸随着固溶温度的升高而减小,且近似呈线性关系;随着初生α相含量及晶粒尺寸减小,抗拉强度、屈服强度、剪切强度及维氏硬度均出现先增加后减小现象,伸长率和断面收缩率逐渐减小,断口形貌韧窝尺寸和深度也逐渐减小。
Image J software is adopted to calculated the primary α phase content and grain size under different heat treatment system in order to investigate the effect of primary α phase content and grain size on mechanical property of TC4 material,the mechanical property like tensile strength,shearing strength,elongation,fracture surface skrinking percentage and Vickers hardness and so on,and the analysis on microscopic fractures of stretched fracture was carried out.The results show:primary α phase content and grain size shall reduced along with the rising of solution temperature,it is similar to linear relation;the tensile strength,shearing strength,elongation,fracture surface skrinking percentage and Vickers hardness were increasing first then decreasing along with the reducing of primaryαphase content and grain size,the elongation and fracture surface skrinking percentage were decreased gradually,the nest size and depth of fracture morphology were decreasing gradually.
