摘要
研究了精锻过程对TC4钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,精锻导致TC4合金等轴组织在锻造过程中不断细化,材料强度不断提高;但随着精锻变形程度的增大,粗大的β晶粒和魏氏组织α片层不断发生扭曲而破碎,并在变形程度到50%时出现细小的β转变组织特征,导致材料强度和塑性随变形程度的增大而增大。
The effects of precision forging process on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy were investigated. The results show that precision forging makes equiaxed microstructure of TC4 alloy unceasingly refine in forging process, and strength of materials is unceasingly enhanced; the coarse β grain and Widmanstatten microstructure of α layer is unceasingly distorted and broken with the increasing of deformation, and thinner β transformation microstructure characteristic appears when deformation degrees up to 50%, which leads to increasing strength and plasticity of TC4 alloy with the increasing deformation degrees.
