TC4钛合金热处理工艺对其性能影响的研究进展

摘要 钛合金具有密度小、生物相容性好、综合力学性能优异、耐腐蚀性好等优点。TC4合金是一种常用的钛合金,广泛应用于医疗、航空航天等领域。本文重点介绍了TC4钛合金的退火、固溶时效、电磁热处理等热处理工艺,以及不同热处理工艺对TC4钛合金微观组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响。综述了该合金的热处理工艺对其性能影响的研究进展,对热处理过程中合金的性能变化进行了梳理,总结了合金在不同热处理工艺后的组织及性能,最后对TC4热处理技术的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为钛合金在热处理工艺方面的相关研究和应用提供参考。 Titanium alloy has advantages such as low density,good biocompatibility,excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,and good corrosion resistance.TC4 alloy is the most commonly used titanium alloy,widely used in medical,aerospace and other fields.This article focuses on the annealing,solution aging,electromagnetic heat treatment and other heat treatment processes of TC4 titanium alloy,as well as the effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance of TC4 titanium alloy.This article reviews the research progress on the impact of heat treatment processes on the performance of the alloy,sorts out the performance changes of the alloy during the heat treatment process,summarizes the microstructure and properties of the alloy after different heat treatment processes,and finally looks forward to the development trend of TC4 heat treatment technology,in order to provide reference for the relevant research and application of titanium alloy in heat treatment processes.
