紊流罩破裂失效的力学分析与研究

摘要 针对某核电厂阀门紊流罩发生的破裂问题,对其结构失效进行力学分析,探寻部件破坏的根本原因。通过对解体后的紊流罩进行材料失效分析,结合流体力学计算结果,对紊流罩初始缺陷产生的原因进行力学分析评估。基于宏观形貌和微观断口分析,对紊流罩整体结构进行多工况、模态响应、谐响应等力学分析计算,完成裂纹扩展趋势评估。结合力学分析结果,推测罩体出现高频窄幅振荡,导致结构初始损伤缺陷产生,在环向多工况载荷下出现疲劳裂纹,进而扩展破坏。该方法可作为分析结构失效根本原因和破裂失效的有效解决方案,为确保核设施安全提供有力保障。 In order to solve the rupture problem of the valve turbulent hood of a nuclear power plant,mechanical analysis of its structural failure was carried out to explore the root cause of component damage.On mechanical analysis of the pipe support,the optimized design ideas and solutions of the support are proposed.By using the material failure analysis method for the disintegrated the cover,and then combining the calculation results of fluid mechanics,the causes of the initial defects are analyzed and evaluated.Based on the analysis of macroscopic morphology and microscopic fracture,the overall structure of the cover is subjected to mechanical analysis and calculation of multi-working conditions,modal response,and harmonic response,and the crack growth trend is evaluated.It is speculated that high-frequency narrow-amplitude oscillations occur in the cover,which leads to initial damage and defects of the structure.Fatigue cracks appear under multi-condition loads in the hoop direction,and then propagate failure.This method can be used as an effective solution to the root cause of structural failure and damage analysis,providing a strong guarantee for ensuring the safety of nuclear facilities.
