摘要
国内某核电机组大修期间,维修人员检查发现停堆冷却系统两台核2级大口径节流阀阀座密封面存在贯穿性裂纹。本文通过对阀座裂纹外貌观察、阀座受力分析、结合阀门运行工况分析裂纹产生的原因,并制定有效的阀座裂纹缺陷处理方案,通过密封面司太立合金在线堆焊处理,恢复了阀门密封功能,保证机组安全稳定运行。
During the overhaul of a nuclear power plant in China,maintenance personnel found penetrating cracks on the sealing face of the valve seat of two nuclear level-2 large-caliber throttle valves in the cooling system.This paper aims to find out the root cause of the crack through the appearance analysis of valve seat crack,force analysis,finite element stress analysis and operation condition analysis.Finally,the sealing function of valve was restored through on-line surface welding of stelie alloy on the sealing surface to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
