基于状态监测的无尘作业车间设备检修方法研究

摘要 无尘作业车间设备检修是保障设备可靠运行的关键,针对传统设备检修方法效率低、时间长,影响工作效率的缺陷,提出一种基于状态监测的无尘作业车间设备检修方法。首先采用零部件约束关系建模方法,构建无尘作业车间设备之间的零部件关系约束数据分析模型。然后通过多目标优化建立无尘作业车间设备状态动态分布结构参数分析模型,结合不同的目标偏好实现对无尘作业车间设备安全量化评估,建立无尘作业车间设备检修的技术支持系统。通过对设备的状态特征检测和评估,在不同的潮流分布下提取设备的状态信息、特征参数和性状参数,通过全面测评和动态参数评价,实现无尘作业车间设备的检修流程优化控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行无尘作业车间设备检修作业的线性规划能力较好,优化控制能力较强,节省了检修成本开销。 Equipment maintenance in clean workshop is the key to ensure the reliable operation of equipment.a method of equipment maintenance in clean workshop is put forward based on condition monitoring.By using the modeling method of component constraint relation,the data analysis model of component relationship constraint between equipment in clean work-shop is established,the structural parameter analysis model of dynamic distribution of equipment state in clean workshop is es-tablished by multi-objective optimization,the quantitative evaluation of equipment safety in clean workshop is realized by combining with different target preferences,and the technical support system for equipment maintenance in clean workshop is established.Through the detection and evaluation of equipment state characteristics,the state information,characteristic pa-rameters and property parameters of equipment are extracted under different trend distributions,and the maintenance process of equipment in clean workshop is realized by comprehensive evaluation and dynamic parameter evaluation.The simulation re-sults show that this method has good linear planning ability,strong optimization control ability and saves maintenance cost.
