摘要
针对烟草工厂底层物联设备检修体系落后,设备检修效率低的问题,设计智能烟草工厂底层物联设备远程检修系统。采集现场设备运行数据,并将采集的数据存储至设备故障经验知识库,应用故障专家子系统调用设备故障经验知识库的数据信息,实时监控现场设备运行状态;利用故障树最小割集的故障诊断方法,诊断智能烟草工厂底层物联现场设备,依据诊断结果,故障远程报警子系统通过全球移动通信模块,向设备检修者发送报警短信,实现设备远程检修。实验结果表明,其检修时间和停机时间降低,设备故障检修效率提高。
On the basis of the problems of backward maintenance system and low efficiency of equipment maintenance,a remote maintenance system of the bottom IOT equipment in the intelligent tobacco factory is designed.The operation data of the field equipment is collected,which would be then stored in the equipment fault experience knowledge base,and then the fault expert subsystem would call up the data information of the equipment fault experience knowledge base,which would be then applied to monitor the operation status of the equipment in real time.Then,the fault diagnosis method of the minimum cut set of fault tree is used to diagnose the bottom IOT of tobacco factory equipment.According to the diagnosis results,the alarm subsystem sends alarm messages to the equipment maintainers through the global mobile communication module to realize the remote maintenance of the equipment.The experiment results show that the maintenance time and downtime are reduced and the efficiency of equipment troubleshooting is high.
