摘要
高炉煤气是钢铁企业在生产过程中主要副产品,而高炉煤气中含有大量的硫化物对管道、设备造成严重腐蚀现象。为了解决上述问题,介绍了脱硫工艺的概念和关键步骤,分析了高炉煤气精脱硫设备检修改造工作的施工注意事项。该工程不仅可以净化空气收获环保效益,还可以使用户获得一定的经济效益,实现高炉煤气的可持续利用。
Blast furnace gas is the main by-product in the production process of iron and steel enterprises,and the large amount of sulfide in blast furnace gas causes serious corrosion of pipelines and equipment.In order to solve the above problems,the concept and key steps of desulphurization process are introduced,and the construction precautions for the overhaul and renovation work of blast furnace gas fine desulphurization equipment are analyzed.The project can not only purify the air to reap environmental benefits,but also enable users to gain certain economic benefits and achieve sustainable use of blast furnace gas.
