摘要
[目的]研究不同生根粉浓度、不同扦插时期对红树莓扦插生根及成活的影响。[方法]以“海尔特兹”红树莓为扦插材料,分别在4月上旬、5月上旬、6月上旬进行嫩枝扦插试验。ABT生根粉浓度分别为200、500、700 mg/L,以清水为对照,对4月上旬扦插成活的“海尔特兹”红树莓幼苗的叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶CAT、过氧化物酶POD、超氧化物歧化酶SOD)活性进行测定。[结果]4月上旬“海尔特兹”红树莓幼苗的叶绿素含量以ABT生根粉浓度为200 mg/L时最高,其叶绿素a含量为1.6675 mg/L,叶绿素b含量为0.5645 mg/L,总叶绿素含量为2.2608 mg/L,类胡萝卜素含量为0.5140 mg/L。当ABT浓度为200 mg/L时CAT和SOD活性最强,POD活性最低,CAT活性为18 U/(g·min),较对照组高33.33%,SOD活性为10.8286 U/(g·min),较对照组高38.55%,POD活性为41.4433 U/(g·min),较对照组低62.06%。[结论]“海尔特兹”红树莓嫩枝扦插适宜的ABT生根粉浓度为200 mg/L,适宜的嫩枝扦插时期在4月上旬。
[Objective]To study the effects of different ABT concentrations and different cutting periods on the rooting and survival of red raspberry cuttings.[Method]Using the red raspberry of‘Heritage’as cutting materials,the concentrations of ABT root powder were 200,500,700 mg/L,and clean water was used as control,the softwood cutting experiments were carried out in early April,early May,early June.The chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme(catalase CAT,peroxidase POD,superoxide dismutase SOD)activity of red raspberry‘Heritage’seedling in early April were tested.[Result]The chlorophyll content of red raspberry‘Heritage’seedlings in early April was the highest in the condition of ABT concentration was 200 mg/L.The content of chlorophyll a was 1.6675 mg/L,the content of chlorophyll b was 0.5645 mg/L,the content of total chlorophyll was 2.2608 mg/L,and the content of carotenoid was 0.5140 mg/L.When the concentration of ABT was 200 m/L,the activities of CAT and SOD were the strongest,and the activities of POD were the lowest.The activity of CAT was 18 U/(g·min),which was 33.33% higher than that of control.The activity of SOD was 10.8286 U/(g·min),which was 38.55% higher than that of control.POD activity was 41.4433 U/(g·min),which was 62.06% lower than that of control.[Conclusion]The suitable concentration of ABT rooting powder for red raspberry cuttings was 200 mg/L.The suitable cutting period of tender branches was in the first ten days of April.
