摘要
为了提高千金鹅耳枥嫩枝扦插成活率,选择IBA激素4种浓度和2种基质开展扦插试验。结果表明:扦插基质以珍珠岩+IBA 3000 mg·L^(-1)处理效果较好,生根率达38%,平均生根数量为9.7个,平均根长为3.2 cm。
In order to improve the cutting effect of Carpinus cordata,four concentrations of IBA Hormone&two substrates were selected,the cutting experiments of different hormone concentrations and different substrates were conducted in the shade shed.Result shows that perlite as matrix and IBA 3000 mg·L^(-1) are optimal,the rooting rate is 38%,the number of lateral roots is 9.7 and the length of lateral roots is 3.2 cm.
