摘要
为提高沙棘育苗技术,在右玉县天然沙棘林中采集嫩枝,采用不同激素处理,开展了沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗对比试验,从生根率、成活率、生长量等方面研究了不同处理间的差异。结果表明:经不同激素处理,沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗、生根率、成活率、苗高差异极显著,地径无明显差异;“国光跟多”浓度0.2%、处理时间30 min和吲哚乙酸浓度0.1%、处理时间30 min为最优嫩枝扦插处理方式。
In order to improve seedling technology for Hippophae rhamnoides,different hormone treatments were used to compare the shoots in the natural Hippophae rhamnoides forest in Youyu County.The effects of different treatments were studied from the aspects of rooting rate,survival rate and growth characteristics.Result shows that there are significant differences in rooting rate,survival rate&seedling height under different hormone treatments,but no significant differences in ground diameter.The optimal cuttings are“Guoguangenduo”(treatment time:30 min,concentration:0.2%)and indoleacetic acid(treatment time:30 min,concentration:0.1%).
