摘要
自动化设备、精密仪器及各种产业配件的生产制造要求对于厂房及生产车间的技术、环境条件和生产厂房内的空气温度、湿度、洁净度等因素要求越来越高,基于此,洁净厂房设计应运而生。文章通过采用智能化机电系统实现对生产厂房的环境进行人工干预,为生产厂房环境提供保障,对建设施工管理提出了极大挑战,文章提出的BIM技术可以显著提高洁净厂房设计和施工的管理质量和效率,实现洁净厂房施工建设的智能化管理。
The production of automation equipment, precision instruments and various industrial accessories has higher and higher requirements on the workshop and production workshop technology, environmental conditions and production plant room air temperature, humidity, cleanliness and other factors. Based on this, clean workshop design came into being. In this paper, the intelligent mechanical and electrical system is adopted to realize manual intervention in the environment of the production workshop, which provides a guarantee for the environment of the production workshop, and poses a great challenge to the construction management. The BIM technology proposed in this paper can significantly improve the management quality and efficiency of clean plant design and construction, and realize the intelligent management of clean workshop construction.
