摘要
相较于传统的医疗用洁净室,微电子洁净厂房对洁净度、防微震的要求更高,同时为满足工艺生产需要,还需提供电力、工艺冷却水、纯水、净化新风、特气、真空、大宗气体等配套条件,使得厂房设计及施工更为复杂。施工作业相互交叉,工程投资大,对设计及施工均带来很大考验。BIM技术作为一种创新的工具和生产方式,以其可视化三维模型、动态数据库等优势在微电子洁净厂房工程中的应用越发突出。针对建设工程全周期管理,结合微电子洁净厂房施工中常见问题及关注重点,论述BIM技术在工程设计、施工、竣工阶段中发挥的作用。
Compared with the traditional clean rooms for medical use, the microelectronic clean room has higher requirements on cleanliness and microseismic prevention. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of process production, it also needs to provide supporting conditions such as electricity,process cooling water, pure water, purified fresh air, special gas, vacuum and bulk gas, which makes the design and construction of the workshop more complicated. Construction operations cross each other and the engineering investment is large, bringing great challenges to design and construction. As an innovative tool and production method, BIM technology has become more and more prominent in microelectronics clean room genineering with its advantages of visual 3 D model and dynamic database. In view of the whole cycle management of construction projects, combined with the common problems and concerns in the construction of microelectronic clean workshop, the role of BIM technology in engineering design, construction and completion stages are discussed.
