摘要
装配式建筑具有显著的系统性特征,须采用一体化的建造方式,信息技术则是推行从构件生产到装饰装修一体化建造方式的重要工具和手段。阐述了数字化设计、数字化生产、数字化装配技术的构成,在此基础上,通过BIM与ERP相结合,建立一体化数据化的装配式建筑信息交互平台,对装配式建筑全过程全产业链的信息进行数字化集成,以达成全过程全产业链的信息贯通、信息共享和协同工作,提高管理效率和效益,实现装配式建筑一体化数字化建造。
Prefabricated building has obvious systematic characteristics,and it is necessary to adopt the integrated construction method. Information technology is an important tool and method to implement the integrated construction from component production to building decoration. This paper introduces the composition of digital design,digital production and digital assembly technology. On this basis,through the combination of BIM and ERP,this study establishes an integrated data-based assembly of building information exchange platform,and digitally integrates the whole supply chain information of prefabricated building to achieve information communication,information sharing and collaborative work,so as to enhance management efficiency and benefit,and achieve the integrated digital construction of prefabricated building.
