摘要
快速市域车车体整体式侧墙以铝合金型材和板材为材料,采用大型中空铝合金挤压型材整体组焊加工后,与门立柱板材单元、端角柱型材、雨檐板材、电解锁钥匙和外紧急衬套板材焊接而成。文中阐述了侧墙板型材的轻量化设计,整体式侧墙、门立柱板材单元、端角柱工艺豁口、新型板材折弯雨檐、新型电解锁钥匙衬套和外紧急衬套的设计优点,并对其各个部分设计目的进行了说明。最后通过对整车模型在各种工况下的静强度计算来分析侧墙结构的合理性,发现其静强度满足设计要求,设计合理。
The integral side wall of the fast urban rail transit vehicle body is made of aluminum alloy profiles and plates,and after the overall welding process of large hollow aluminum alloy extruded profiles,it is combined with the welded door column plate unit,end corner column profile,rain eaves plate,electric unlocking key and the outer emergency bushings plate.This paper expounds the lightweight design of side wall panel profiles,the design advantages of integral side walls,door column panels unit,end corner column process gaps,new panel bending rain eaves,new electric unlocking key bushings and outer emergency bushings.And the design purpose of each part is explained.Finally,the rationality of the side wall structure is analyzed by calculating the static strength of the vehicle model under various working conditions,and it is found that its static strength meets the design requirements and the design is reasonable.
