摘要
苏州经常熟至张家港市域铁路(简称“苏虞张市域铁路”)是《长江三角洲多层次轨道交通规划》中十四五规划建设项目。该项目苏州北站至阳澄湖北站区段位于苏州市相城区,为了确定该段线路分期建设的合理方案,结合苏州相城区现状及规划情况,兼顾沿线通道分析,从初、近期与远期两个阶段对该段线位方案进行研究。其中,初、近期考虑与如通苏湖城际铁路共线,并从共线可能性,客流需求,线路能力3个方面进行分析;远期考虑独立通道新建线路,并从线路条件、客流吸引、城市规划、工程实施、工程投资5个方面进行分析。研究结果表明,初、近期与如通苏湖城际铁路共线方案可实施性较高,可集约节约通道资源,符合国家新建市域铁路相关政策要求;远期推荐沿G524国道独立通道新建线路方案,该方案具有线路顺直、客流吸引能力强、与城市规划契合度高、工程实施条件好等优势。
Suzhou-Changshu-Zhangjiagang Urban Regional Railway is a construction project of 14 th Five-Year Plan in the multi-level rail transit planning in the Yangtze delta.The section between Suzhou North Station and Yangchenghu North Station is located in the Suzhou Xiangcheng District.To determine the reasonable route scheme of phased construction of the section,combining the current status and planning of the Suzhou Xiangcheng District and taking into account the corridor analysis along the line,this paper studied the route schemes in two stages,respectively the initial with short-term stage and the long-term stage.It is considered to share with Rudong-Nantong-Suzhou-Huzhou Intercity Railway in initial and short-term stage,which was analyzed from three aspects:collinear possibility including line trend,technical standards and planning construction sequence,passenger flow demand,line capacity.New route of independent corridor was considered in long-term stage,which was analyzed from five aspects:line conditions,passenger attraction,urban planning,project implementation and project investment.The result shows that,the schemes with Rudong-Nantong-Suzhou-Huzhou Intercity Railway in initial and short-term stage could be implemented,which help realize the intensive use of corridor resource and meet the requirements of national policies on new urban railways.The schemes of new route of independent corridor along the 524 National Highway in long-term stage has the advantages of straight line,strong passenger attraction,conformity to the urban development plan,and better project implementation conditions.
