摘要
产教融合视角下,培养工匠精神是顺应时代发展趋势、优化职业院校思政教育与职业道德培养的有效方式,可以充分满足企业的人才需求,提升学生职业道德水平,促进学生全面发展。但在工匠精神培养过程中,各主体对于工匠精神的重视、教师队伍建设、课程组织以及教学模式等方面仍存在问题。对此,需要高职院校深化与企业之间的合作程度,重视工匠精神培养的时代价值与积极作用,提升高职院校学生的专业水平与职业素养,促进学生全面发展。
From the perspective of integration of production and education,the development of craftsman spirit training is an effective way to adapt to the trend of the times and optimize the ideological and political education and professional ethics training in vocational colleges,which can fully meet the needs of enterprises,improve the level of students’professional ethics,and promote the all-round development of students.However,in the process of cultivating craftsmanship spirit,there are still problems in various subjects’attention to craftsmanship spirit,teacher team construction,curriculum organization and teaching mode.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should deepen the degree of cooperation with enterprises,pay attention to the era value and positive role of the cultivation of craftsmanship,so as to improve the professional level and professional quality of students and promote their all-round development.
