摘要
当前石油化工火灾扑救中仍然存在很多问题,影响扑救效果,需要进一步完善。为探究灭火救援“三化”下石油化工火灾扑救的价值和方法,故通过文献分析、实地调查以及综合对比的方式对当前石油化工火灾的特点和扑救困难等进行分析,总结石油化工火灾扑救中存在的问题,并掌握初步的“三化”石油化工火灾扑救原理和原则。从灭火救援“三化”方面着手,保证指挥扁平化,处置程序化,队伍专业化,以最快的速度控制火势,降低火灾造成的影响,保证人员和财产的安全性。
At present,there are still many problems in the fire fighting of petrochemical industry,which affect the fighting effect and need to be further improved.In order to explore the value and methods of petrochemical fire fighting under the“three modernizations”of fire fighting and rescue,the characteristics and difficulties of current petrochemical fire fighting are analyzed through literature analysis,field investigation and comprehensive comparison,the problems existing in petrochemical fire fighting are summarized,and the preliminary principles and principles of“three modernizations”of petrochemical fire fighting are mastered.From the aspect of“three modernizations”of fire fighting and rescue,ensure that the command is flat,the disposal is procedural,and the team is professional,control the fire at the fastest speed,reduce the impact caused by the fire,and ensure the safety of personnel and property.
