摘要
近年来,石油化工火灾事故呈井喷式爆发,造成了巨大的经济损失和严重的社会影响。目前,石油化工火灾的扑救是各类火灾处置中的一个世界性难题,处置石油化工火灾不同于普通建筑火灾,爆炸、泄漏、沸溢、喷溅等突发危险随时可能发生,因此,进行事故处置的消防力量专业化训练至关重要,而消防队伍处置石油化工火灾过程中,指挥员的组织指挥能力就成为这类火灾扑救成败的关键。本文结合石油化工火灾中的典型油罐火灾扑救,主要研究了实兵实装组织指挥训练的内容、程序、方法等,为石油化工火灾事故处置队伍指挥员的训练提供了一定的借鉴。
In recent years, the fire accidents of petrochemical industry erupted in a blowout mode, causing huge economic losses and serious social impact. At present, the extinguishing of petrochemical fires is a worldwide problem in all kinds of fire disposal. The handling of petrochemical fires is different from ordinary building fires. The sudden dangers such as explosion, leakage, boiling overflow, and splash and so on may occur at any time. Therefore, it is very important to carry out specialized training of fire-fighting forces for accident disposal, and fire-fighting teams. In the process of dealing with petrochemical fires, the commander’s ability to organize and command becomes the key to the success of such firefighting. Combining with the typical tank fire fighting in petrochemical fires, this paper mainly studies the contents, procedures and methods of organization and command training, which provides a certain reference for the training of commanders of petrochemical fire accident disposal team.
