摘要
易熔盘内浮顶油罐作为内浮顶油罐中一种类型,由于兼具低损耗和耐腐蚀的特点,在炼化企业和储存企业的应用也越来越广泛。然而近年来,石油化工企业易熔盘储罐事故不断出现,处置难度不断增加,对石油化工生产和储存安全造成了严重的影响。因此,加强有关易熔盘内浮顶油罐火灾扑救的分析,对于改善内浮顶油罐的消防安全具有重要的现实意义。本文通过分析易熔盘内浮顶储罐的火灾危险性,提出了相应的扑救措施。
As one type of inner floating roof oil tank, the inner fusible floating roof storage tank is used more and more widely in the refinery and storage enterprises because of its characteristics of low loss and corrosion resistance. However, in recent years, the accident of the tank is constantly appearing, and the difficulty of the disposal is increasing continuously, which has caused serious influence on the production and storage safety of the petrochemical industry. Therefore, strengthening the analysis of the firefighting of floating roof oil tanks in the fusible plate has important practical significance for improving the fire safety of the floating roof oil tank. This paper analyzes the fire risk of floating roof storage tank in fusible pan and puts forward the corresponding measures for firefighting.
