摘要
石油化工产业具有火灾危险性大,灭火救援处置困难的特点。本文基于石油化工火灾事故特点,系统分析了石油化工产业火灾事故影响因素,并以此为基础从专业技术培训、灭火救援编队建设、熟悉演练、保障体系建设四个方面提出了石油化工灭火救援处置能力建设的建议。
The petrochemical industry has the characteristic of high fire hazard and difficulties in firefighting and rescue.The paper analyzed the influencing factors of fire accidents in petrochemical industry based on its characteristics.Furthermore,on the basis,the proposal of constructing excellent disposal capacity in petrochemical firefighting and rescue was proposed from four aspects,professional technical training,firefighting and rescue team construction,familiarization drills,and support system construction embraced.
