摘要 劳动教育是中小学教育的有机组成部分,也是新时代培养未来社会主义劳动者的重要途径。因此,对年轻一代的劳动教育,通过提高综合劳动素质,实现其可持续发展。新时代赋予了中小学劳动教育独特的本体价值。本体价值集中体现在促进中小学生的全面发展和个性发展,全面发展主要体现在德智体美等方面的发展,个性发展主要体现在思维方式、社会交往、生存技能方面的发展。 Labor education is an organic part of primary and secondary education and an important way to train future socialist laborers in the new era.Therefore,labor education for the younger generation is the growth force of the comprehensive labor quality to achieve sustainable development.The new era has endowed the primary and secondary schools labor education with a unique ontological value.Ontological value is concentrated in promoting the overall development and personality development of primary and secondary students.All-round development is mainly reflected in the development of morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetics;personality development is mainly reflected in the development of thinking style,social interaction and survival skills.
